Blepharoplasty can be both a functional and cosmetic surgical procedure intended to shape the upper or lower eyelids by the removal or repositioning of excess skin, muscle and fat. It also improves puffy lower eyelids 'bags' and removes the wrinkling of skin.

Nose surgery

Rinoplasty ( Greek : 'Rhinos' , Nose & 'Plassein', to shape) is a surgical procedure to improve the function and/or appearance of the nose. It can be performed to meet cosmetic goals or for reconstructive purpose to correct trauma, birth defect or breathing problems. This may include lowering humps or raising the nasal bridge, narrowing of nasal bones and shaping of the nasal tip. It can be combined with other surgical procedures such as chin augmentation (implant) to enhance the aesthetic results.

Liposuction

Liposuction is the surgical removal of unwanted fat deposits from specific area such as the abdomen, thighs, hips, buttocks, calves, arms, chin, neck, chest and breast. This is accomplished by means of the fine suction tubes inserted through small, concealed incisions.

Abdominoplasty

Abdminoplasty or 'tummy tuck' is a procedure used to make the abdomen more firm . The surgery involves removal of excess skin fat from the middle and lower abdomen and also to tighten the muscles and fascia of the abdominal wall. This type of surgery is usually sought by patients with loose tissues after weight gain, pregnancy (stretch marks) or individuals with sagging skin after weight loss. Breast Surgery Male/Female

Patients who are seeking breast augmentation surgery can have their breasts enlarged by surgical placement of implants behind the breasts or below the pectoral (chest) muscle. Incision are made either in the armpits, just below the breast or around the areola. Breast implants are silicone shells filled with either saline( salt water ) or silicone gel. In a breast reduction surgery, excessively large and sagging breasts are corrected. In this procedure, excess breast tissue, fat and skin are removed, and the nipple and areola are re-sited to an aesthetically pleasing position. Surgical scars are hidden in the lower portion of the breasts. It is often combined with liposuction of the chest wall.

Gynaecomastia

The term comes from Greek words 'gyne' meaning woman and 'mastos' meaning breast. In practical terms, this means abnormally large breasts on men. It involves surgical removal of excess skin, gland and fat by direct excision and/or liposuction, creating a flatter, firmer and more masculine chest contour.
